Fitfig Pilates Classes
In our Pilates classes you will learn exercises that help to promote a deep fine-tuning of the muscles, correcting wrong postures and developing a strong core to support your spine. You will be taught how to coordinate smooth, flowing movements to help build muscle tone and stamina, as well as improve joint mobility and flexibility. The exercises often begin gently with levels of difficulty added in gradually so you can work at your own comfort and pace. The classes are fun, friendly and a great way to unwind from your day.
